Our corporate client is looking for experienced NHS locums with NHS Performer Number for their busy practice in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, to start as soon as possible.

Offering a rate of £350 per day for 30 UDAs + £25 per day towards accommodation + £10 per UDA any over weekly target and 50% of private when UDA target met, 50/50 split on lab fees (or flat rate of £350 per day with no UDA target/incentive/private/lab fees + £25 per day towards accommodation) - paid weekly in arrears.

This contract is full time, to start as soon as possible ongoing (2-3 months).

The modernised mixed practices have Software of Excellent and full support staff.

Dentists must have NHS Performer Number, GDC certificate, Indemnity Insurance, Hep B immunity Pathology Report and two (2) clinical referees.
